Delete your account

You can delete your Mirimo account and the data stored with it from this page. That works even if you have already removed the app.

What gets deleted

We delete your account details, career profile, uploaded resume files, the feedback you sent with its attachments, and your device notification registrations. None of it can be restored, and remaining credits are not refunded.

Usage records such as saved companies, saved searches, and saved jobs are stripped of anything that identifies you and kept only as statistics. They are never linked back to an account.

What Korean law makes us keep

Records that Korean law requires us to keep, such as payment and transaction records, stay in separate storage for up to 5 years after the account is deleted and are then destroyed. We do not use them to provide the service or for marketing during that time. The Privacy Policy lists the retention period for each record.

Cancelling a subscription

A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play is not cancelled when the account is deleted. Cancel it in the store you paid through.
