Advanced Packaging Technology and Manufacturing (APTM) is looking for a Platform Yield Analyst to join a team tasked with the objective of driving yield improvement across APTM's portfolio of advanced packaging technologies. As a Yield Platform Analyst, the successful candidate will set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, and demonstrate progress to key yield milestones in support of platform certification timelines.

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
Must possess a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, OR Master's Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, OR PhD Degree in Materials Science and Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science or Information Systems or Chemical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Chemistry or Physics or any other related discipline.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $133,800.00-188,890.00 USD The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
