We are looking for a Welder to join our team at Bobcat!

As a Welder at Bobcat, you will do the following:

• Perform welding operations according to established production standards and procedures
• Read and follow technical documentation and welding instructions
• Conduct visual inspections of welded components to ensure quality requirements are met
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment while complying with safety regulations

To succeed in this role, you will need the following attributes:

• At least 1 year experience in welding, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
• Stable work history
• Desire to learn new skills and continuously improve
• High level of precision and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards
