The Operations Coordinator is responsible for the daily operation of multiple POP MART ROBO Shop units, ensuring they are stocked, clean, functional, and performing at peak efficiency. This role is the frontline operator, providing field insights, performing routine audits, and coordinating restocks, recruiting and service actions across their assigned areas. Additionally, this role supports the project management of new ROBO Shop installations, relocations, and upgrades, ensuring all launch activities are executed on time and meet operational standards.
We follow an office policy with an expectation of five days per week working onsite. Being together in person helps us collaborate, stay connected, and build a strong team culture.
