We are seeking a seasoned finance professional with approximately 8 years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, or financial operations to join the regional Treasury team at MFTBC. This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities across key treasury functions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating and managing bank credit facilities, overseeing foreign exchange risk, optimizing cash flow, and fostering strong partnerships with financial institutions. The role also involves working closely with asset management firms to assess and support pension asset strategies for entities based in Japan.
This is a strategic role offering the opportunity to contribute to high-impact financial initiatives within a dynamic, globally integrated organization.
The Treasury analyst will report to the Treasury Manager in this role.
This structure enables the team to deliver comprehensive financial support across diverse business needs while maintaining agility and strategic focus.
Selection Process
This selection process is primarily conducted by Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), and the Company will be the employer (the party entering into the employment contract).
Due to the launch of a new business, you are expected to be transferred (tensekki) to a new company upon its establishment. (In this case, the employer under the employment contract will change to the newly established company). This transfer will be carried out only after obtaining your consent at the time of job offer acceptance.
Furthermore, due to the nature of the business operations, representatives from the Company and Mitsubishi Fuso Bus Manufacturing Co., Ltd. may participate as interviewers. Application information may be shared between the Company and the representatives of the aforementioned company for recruitment purposes. 1) 資金調達戦略および財務アドバイザリー
- 担当企業に対する最適な資金調達戦略の企画・立案
- 事業部門の各子会社における健全な資本構成を通じた財務柔軟性の確保
- M&A案件における財務関連事項の確認およびアドバイスの提供
- 財務マネージャーと連携した年金関連業務の実行
- 輸出活動に伴う金融リスクをカバーするための貿易金融およびエクスポートクレジット体制の構築・実行
- 企画業務およびレポーティング業務のサポート
2) 銀行リレーション管理およびキャッシュ戦略
- 担当企業向けの流動性戦略の設計および実行
- 取引サービスに関する銀行条件の交渉（口座の入出金価格設定などを含む）
- M&A関連イニシアチブにおける財務面のサポート（財務マネージャーとの協働）
3) キャッシュマネジメント業務
- 会社のキャッシュマネジメント体制を確実に維持・運用し、銀行との安定した決済インフラを確保
- 金融取引の実行および正確かつ迅速な決済・取引確認の確保
- 所管領域における支払承認プロセスの管理
- 金融機関との取引開始（オンボーディング）に関する支援（KYC対応を含む）
- 業務が現地法令および社内コンプライアンスポリシーに準拠していることの確保
Responsibilities:
1) Financing Strategy & Treasury Advisory
- Planning and development of optimal financing strategies for assigned entities
- Ensuring financial flexibility through sound capital structures across divisional subsidiaries
- Providing confirmation and advisory on treasury-related matters for M&A projects
- Execution of pension-related topics in collaboration with the Treasury Manager
- Execute trade finance and export credit infrastructures to cover financial risks related to export activities
- Support in planning and reporting activities
2) Bank Relationship Management & Cash Strategy
- Designing and executing liquidity strategies for assigned entities
- Negotiating banking terms for transactional services, including account credit/debit pricing
- Supporting Treasury Manager in financial aspects of M&A initiatives
3) Cash Management Operations
- Execute and maintaining the cash management structure of the company, ensuring reliable payments infrastrctures with banks
- Execute financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely settlement and confirmations of trades
- Oversees payments approvals in area of scope
- Assist in financial institutions onboarding, including KYC
- Ensure compliance of activities with local regulations and compliance policies
必須資格（Required Qualifications）
学歴：財務、コントローリング、経営学、または経済学のいずれかの分野における大学卒業以上の優れた学術的バックグラウンド。
必須実務経験（Required Work Experience）
