Responsibilities

The Guarantees and Trade Finance Department oversees the processes for domestic and international guarantees, as well as other trade finance products.

Our mission is to provide comprehensive support to businesses across a range of trade finance products and deliver high-quality service to our clients.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

Communicating with clients to determine the details of bank guarantees
Preparing the guarantee content and the customer application for guarantee issuance
Collaborating closely with the Front Office and Legal Department to ensure an accurate and timely process
Handling registration, fee maintenance, and booking of trade finance products
Handling of letters of credit and other products within the department’s scope

Profile required

You will be best suited for this role if:

You have prior experience in the field of trade finance products; knowledge of international guarantees would be an asset
You enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders across various seniority levels within an international organization
You have strong writing skills and are eager to continuously develop your professional expertise
You are fluent in Polish, communicative in English, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
