This role sits within the Affiliates pillar of the Financial Crime, Compliance and Risk Oversight (FinCRO) organization, reporting to the Asia-Pacific Affiliates Lead. As the named Regulatory Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (RC and MLRO) for Stripe Thailand, you'll serve as the principal decision-maker and strategic lead on regulatory compliance and financial crime risk management, playing a critical role in ensuring continued safe growth in Thailand.
You'll also be the public face of FinCRO in Thailand, with deep subject matter expertise and a proven track record building and evolving technology-forward regulatory compliance and financial crime programs.
In this role, you'll own Stripe Thailand's regulatory compliance and financial crime programs, ensuring they're designed to prevent, detect, and report financial crimes efficiently. You'll engage directly with local regulators, financial partners, and internal stakeholders to shape the future of fintech oversight and ensure compliance by design across product development.
