The Procurement team is the operational backbone of Anduril. We are a lean, data-driven team responsible for the end-to-end sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of critical components. We are building our procedures from the ground up and looking for eager, proactive professionals to help us build a world-class supply chain for cutting-edge technology.
This is not a standard transactional buyer role. To attract the right talent, we are advertising this as a Technical Buyer to emphasize the need for a practical, technical mindset. After hiring a dedicated analyst to identify issues, we now need two hands-on problem-solvers to take those reports and "fix everything that is wrong in the system." This role is for someone who thrives on execution and is happy to handle the operational details of updating systems and processes. For a candidate with exceptional experience in electronics manufacturing, we are open to elevating one of these positions to a Senior Buyer.
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
