Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.
In April 2026, MFTBC will integrate with Hino Motors under a newly established holding company, ARCHION, and begin operations as part of this new organization.
ARCHION is a new commercial vehicle group jointly supported by Toyota Motor Corporation and Daimler Truck, each holding a 25% stake, aiming to strengthen competitiveness across the Asia‑Pacific region and beyond through collaboration in development, procurement, and production.

本選考は、三菱ふそうトラック・バス株式会社（以下「当社」）が主体となって実施し、採用（雇用契約の締結）も当社が行います。
事業立ち上げに伴い、新会社の設立と同時にそちらへ「転籍」していただく予定です（転籍に際しては、雇用契約上の使用者が新設会社へ変更となります）。なお、転籍は内定受諾時に本人の同意をいただいた上で行います。
Bus product project management
- Development management (Management of timeline, budget and vehicle specs)
- Organizing / facilitating / concluding / minutes making of the meeting for multiple stakeholders.
- Making documentation for vehicle spec / drawing release request / Product Profile List / tracking of release status, development maturity level.
- Spec / Market request alignment with GD and partners.
- Support of Component / System project management.
※Selection Process
This selection process is primarily conducted by Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), and the Company will be the employer (the party entering into the employment contract).
Due to the launch of a new business, you are expected to be transferred (tenseki) to a new company upon its establishment. (In this case, the employer under the employment contract will change to the newly established company). This transfer will be carried out only after obtaining your consent at the time of job offer acceptance.
Furthermore, due to the nature of the business operations, representatives from the Company and Mitsubishi Fuso Bus Manufacturing Co., Ltd. may participate as interviewers. Application information may be shared between the Company and the representatives of the aforementioned company for recruitment purposes. All representatives are bound by confidentiality obligations and will not use the information for any purpose other than the selection process.
CSMS(サイバーセキュリティーマネジメントシステム)とSUMS(ソフトウェアアップデートマネジメントシステム）のテクニカルコーディネーション ・CSMS・SUMSのマネジメントシステム認証取得及び更新時の、車両開発計画及び成果物に関する管理責任者としての監査対応。内部監査への対応も含む。
Technical Coordination for CSMS (Cybersecurity Management System) and SUMS (Software Update Management System)
Acting as the responsible owner for audit responses related to vehicle development plans and deliverables during the acquisition and renewal of CSMS and SUMS management system certifications, including responses to internal audits.
In cooperation with affiliated companies, planning cybersecurity- and software update–related activities within bus development projects and managing the associated deliverables.
Reporting the status of cybersecurity and software update–related activities within bus development projects.
Operating regular steering committee meetings and tracking the resulting decisions.
Defining bus-specific processes related to vehicle development plans and deliverables under CSMS and SUMS, and executing their periodic review and improvement.
Supporting the development of IT tools required for the execution of the above tasks.
