Position Overview
MangoBoost is looking for a TA & People Associate to join the HR team. This role goes beyond simply managing recruitment operations. You will play a key role in driving MangoBoost's growth by identifying and hiring exceptional talent, delivering an outstanding candidate experience, and continuously improving our recruiting processes. As part of a fast-growing global AI semiconductor startup, you will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to broader HR functions and contribute directly to the growth of both our business and our organization.
Responsibilities & Opportunities
Talent Acquisition Operations & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment operations while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- Post and manage job openings, communicate with candidates, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Support and execute employee onboarding processes.
Recruitment Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in the hiring process and propose and implement improvements.
- Manage and optimize the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support recruitment effectiveness through hiring data management and recruiting metrics analysis.
Direct Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Wanted, and other recruiting channels.
- Build and maintain talent pools and pipelines for key positions.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates within the talent pipeline.
Employer Branding
- Plan and manage employer branding and recruitment-related content.
- Support recruitment events, university recruiting, career fairs, and other external hiring initiatives.
- Contribute to various initiatives that strengthen MangoBoost's employer brand.
HR Support
- Support HR operations and projects beyond talent acquisition as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Up to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
- Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and hiring operations.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Greeting, or similar ATS platforms).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willingness to travel for recruitment events(university recruiting, career fairs) and other hiring activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Business-level English communication skills.
- Experience recruiting engineering and R&D talent.
- Proven success in hiring through direct sourcing strategies.
- Experience planning and executing employer branding initiatives.
- Experience in other HR functions, such as HR operations, performance management, compensation, or organizational culture.
- Experience working in technology-driven industries such as semiconductors, AI, or related fields.

Notice Regarding Return of Hiring Documents
- This notice is in accordance with Article 11, Section 6 of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act, which allows job applicants, excluding the final successful candidate, to request the return of any recruitment documents they have submitted.
- Job applicants who were not selected as the final candidates in the recruitment process are entitled to request the return of the recruitment documents they submitted within 180 days of the date the employment decision is confirmed. However, this does not apply to documents submitted via the website or email, or documents voluntarily submitted by the applicant without the company’s request. If the recruitment documents are lost due to natural disasters or other reasons for which the company is not responsible, it will be considered as having been returned.
- Applicants wishing to request the return of their recruitment documents should fill out the Request for Return of Hiring Documents [Form 3 of the Enforcement Rules of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act] and submit it by email (recruiting@mangoboost.io). The documents will be sent by registered mail to the designated address within 14 days from the confirmation of submission. Please note that the cost of registered mail will be borne by the recipient.
- The company will keep the recruitment documents for 180 days following the confirmation of the employment decision. If no request for the return of documents is made within that period, the company will dispose of all recruitment documents without delay in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
