Required Qualifications Min 5 years of Logistics experience, 2 years of people management BA degree or above Business-level English proficiency for international communication. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI and strong analytical skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-paced environments. Growth Mindset; Open minded; Fast learner Proven experience in team leadership and people management. Extensive knowledge of import/export management, customs procedures, and customs broker operations. In-depth understanding of Ocean Freight and Air Freight processes and associated lead times. Proven experience in processing customs duties, VAT, and related export fees. High ethical standards with a transparent and fair approach to work. Preferred Qualifications Background in the domestic or international retail industry, specifically within luxury brands. Retail experience preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of documentation for special raw materials, such as CITES and Wild Permits.
