We have an opportunity for Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) for Bare PCB in Korea. This position will be responsible for leading activity from PCB fabrication side, making fabrication process and method to be capable and stable to supply products with quality in printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing. BS or MS of Engineering. Experience in bare PCBs fabrication including familiarity with equipment, chemistry, materials and quality analysis methodologies known in the industry. Familiar with MSA, SPC and statistical data analysis, such as rule and action at X bar-R(S), GR&R, manufacturing capability (Cp, CpK) and DOE. Knowledge of failure analysis at PCBs including analysis tool and methodology. Business level of English communication.

Process engineering experience. Knowledge of sophisticated technologies such as MSAP, SAP, core-less and rigid-flex products. The ability to evaluate options and make critical decisions under uncertainty and deadline with excellent creative thought processing. Familiar with data analysis tools like JMP or Minitab. Experience of coding like Python, Tableau, smart manufacturing, digital transformation or Artificial intelligence/Machine learning is an advantage.
