This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing all activities, projects, and staff within the Architectural, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering Discipline. Our published pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and geographical location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. Moreover, an employee’s total compensation package varies by role and may include salary, cash bonus or commissions, and equity awards not quantified below.
Compensation range $190,000 – $210,000. This compensation range represents the Company’s good faith belief as to what it will pay as a base salary for this position at the time of this posting.

The role oversees the entire lifecycle of design projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery while managing both internal and external stakeholders. This role enforces compliance with technical standards and guidelines, coordinates complex deliverables to meet strict budgets and schedules, and supports cost and schedule management. The Design role drives strategic initiatives, implements standardization, and fosters innovation within the team. They provide technical leadership, resolve design-related issues, and act as the primary decision-maker for all design matters. The role also involves supporting project execution from design through commissioning and sharing lessons learned to promote continuous improvement across teams. Bachelors degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEPH) Engineering, or Architecture (or equivalent experience). Masters or Doctorate degree preferred. Chartered Engineer or equivalent professional certification ideally. 10-15 Years of mission critical (data center or similar complex buildings) delivery experience, ideally in a multi-disciplinary design environment. Deep familiarity with design delivery processes, standards, and change control in an owner-operator environment. Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, technical leadership, and contract administration. Awareness of legal/contractual interfaces, design standards, and industry best practice.
