The Subregional Head Buyer will play an integral role in support of sourcing and procuring services and goods for their Digital Realty subregion in close collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders across the corresponding countries (Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and other functions) to manage and execute tactic sourcing, supplier management and other activities to deliver on goals & requirements with differentiated value, resilience and cost management.

Manage vendor minimum/maximum levels.
Oversee lead times for replenishment on Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI).
Implement strategies for active inventory management.
Supplier Consolidation:
Purchase Order (PO) Management:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
Supply Chain & Procurement and data center industry certifications / memberships are desirable.
Strong understanding of procurement processes and inventory management.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Experience in vendor management and supplier consolidation is a plus.
Skilled knowledge in procurement of technical products and services
Skilled in interpreting, working with and negotiation contracts.
Skilled knowledge in financial analysis and problem-solving
