Company: RLWRLD, Inc.
Location: Seoul, Korea (with cross-border coordination across US/Japan offices)
RLWRLD is a Physical AI startup building RLDX-1, a robot foundation model specialized in industrial dexterity (5-finger precision manipulation). We operate a Data → Model → Deployment flywheel and are focused on East Asian manufacturing and logistics markets. We are currently raising our Series A round with global investors.
Role Overview
We're looking for a Strategy Manager who can drive high-quality market research and translate complex technical and market dynamics into clear, compelling strategic narratives — for internal decision-making, investor communications, and partnership development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research on robotics, Physical AI, and industrial automation (competitive landscape, TAM/SAM/SOM sizing, market trends)
- Build and maintain investor-facing and internal strategy decks (technology roadmaps, competitive positioning, market entry strategy)
- Translate technical concepts (foundation models, robot learning, dexterous manipulation) into business-relevant insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Support Series A and future fundraising efforts through market analysis and strategic materials
- Partner closely with CEO/CSO on corporate strategy, M&A/partnership evaluation, and go-to-market planning
- Track and analyze competitors (e.g., other robot foundation model companies) and emerging technology trends
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in strategy consulting (McKinsey, BCG, or Bain strongly preferred) or equivalent strategy/corporate development experience
- Strong technical fluency — comfortable engaging with AI/ML and robotics concepts, able to read and synthesize technical papers and engineering discussions
- Exceptional slide-writing and storytelling skills; experience building investor or board-level decks
- Excellent English communication skills (Korean fluency a plus, not required)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity and cross-functional demands
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical background (engineering, CS, robotics) a plus
