The Strategic Customer Product Architect works closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product Management, Design Engineering, and Design, Engineering & Construction teams, as well as key customers, to develop scalable, customer-aligned infrastructure solutions for data center environments. This role translates customer technical and design requirements into actionable design direction through the development of building schematics, Basis of Design (BoD) documentation, technical narratives, and pre-planned infrastructure solutions. By creating standardized customer-specific design packages, this position accelerates future leasing, design, and construction activities while supporting strategic customer growth initiatives.

Digital Realty offers its employees a highly competitive compensation package, excellent benefits, and an environment that recognizes and rewards your contributions. Our published pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and geographical location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. Moreover, an employee's total compensation package varies by role and may include salary, cash bonus or commissions, and equity awards not quantified below.
Compensation Range: $160,000 - $180,000 annually. This compensation range represents the Company's good faith belief as to what it will pay as a base salary for this position at the time of this posting.
