As we continue to expand across Australia and New Zealand, we're seeking an experienced, commercially minded and people-focused Store Manager to lead one of our growing retail locations.
This role is responsible for driving team performance, customer experience, operational excellence and commercial outcomes in a fast-paced retail environment.

Lead & Develop the Team

• Recruit, coach and develop high-performing teams

• Manage inventory accuracy, deliveries and stock control
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards
• Lead successful execution of product launches and promotional campaigns
  Champion Customer Experience
• Lead from the front during daily trade
• Deliver exceptional service standards
• Create memorable experiences for collectors, fans and customers
• Foster a customer-first culture throughout the store

Availability Requirements

• Flexible availability across all 7 days is required.
• Typical rosters include weekends, late-night trading and public holidays.
• We aim to provide structured rosters with two consecutive days off in a standard week, supporting work-life balance and roster consistency.
• While rosters are planned in advance, flexibility to support business needs, peak trading periods and major product launches is expected.
• Availability throughout peak trading periods, including November to January, is essential.
