As we continue to strengthen our retail network in Australia, we are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our top-grade and high‑performing store in Melbourne Metro Region This role suited to proven retail leaders who thrive in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments, are passionate about training and developing teams, and can balance pace with a strong focus on customer experience and operational excellence.

Lead top‑performing, high‑volume stores in major Melbourne shopping centres
Manage large teams (20+) with strong leadership support structures
Focus on people leadership and performance, not constant resourcing gaps
Work closely with Retail Operations and Head Office partners

People Leadership & Development
Lead, coach and develop a large retail team across multiple levels
Build a positive, accountable and customer‑focused store culture
Drive training, performance feedback and capability uplift
Support recruitment, onboarding and succession planning Commercial & Operational Performance
Deliver strong sales results and exceed KPIs in a high‑volume environment
Plan labour effectively and manage rosters, wages and timesheets
Analyse performance data and implement improvement actions
Maintain high standards across VM, stock flow and store presentation
Oversee inventory accuracy, loss‑prevention routines and compliance
Manage high‑volume deliveries and fast stock movement Customer & Brand Experience
Ensure consistently strong customer experiences, even during peak trade
Lead new product releases, promotions and in‑store activations
Build strong engagement with POP MART’s highly loyal fan community
You are:
A Store Manager with 4+ years’ experience in high‑volume retail
Proven in leading large teams (20+ staff) in fast‑paced environments
A confident people leader who enjoys training, coaching and developing teams
Commercially driven with a strong track record of KPI delivery
Highly organised, resilient and calm under pressure
Customer‑focused without losing sight of operational discipline
Passionate about pop culture, lifestyle, design or youth‑focused retail
Flexible to work a 7‑day shopping‑centre roster This role is ideal for Store Managers who want to lead at pace, develop strong teams, and grow their career with a global brand.
