Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.

You will be part of the Retail Standards, Consulting and Audit team, a group of 5 professionals sharing a passion for automotive retail excellence. You will be working with a wide range of stakeholders across the company to understand requirements placed on our distribution business partners and translate these into clear and consistent standards and guidelines. You will enhance a strong customer experience by developping retail development methodologies, sharing best practices and monitoring retail KPIs.

The primary focus of this position will be on Retail Standards and Customer Experience.
To ground these activities in real-life retail observation, this position will occasionally require business travel as support or lead auditor.
Write standards and guidelines for our global distribution network
Lead and execute periodical review of existing standards and guidelines for update and improvement
Engage with counterparts company-wide to centralize requirements made to partners into global standards
Understand/consolidate various local regulations with regard to Standards (e.g. multibranding, safety, etc.)
Provide inputs and ideas based on the various audit findings
Publish standards and guidelines on our extranet
Support or lead audits at international/domestic dealer locations and create a post audit report
Maintain a record of all audits and follow up open topics from the audit reports
Provide consulting services to the distributors and dealers to improve the business process at the dealership
Develop methodologies for retail consulting and KPI tracking (dealer network optimization, customer satisfaction surveys, etc.)

2–3 years experience in automotive sales, aftersales marketing or network functions is highly desirable
Experience in automotive dealer sales or aftersales is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree (e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Law, Engineering etc.) or equivalent; Master's Degree (MBA etc.) is an advantage
