Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.
In April 2026, MFTBC will integrate with Hino Motors under a newly established holding company, ARCHION, and begin operations as part of this new organization.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Accounting staff to join our dynamic Financial Closing and Reporting team.
As an Accounting & Reportingstaff, you will play a key role in the timely and accurate closing and reporting of financial statements, as well as preparing and implementing new,effective and efficient accounting processes as we transition to a company-wide reorganization.
Accounting Division consists of four main teams:
Financial Reporting, Transactional Accounting (AP/AR), Accounting Systems, and Internal Controls.
TheAccounting Division comprises approximately 70 members ranging in age from their 20s to 60s. Within the Financial Reporting team, there are fourmanagers and 25 staff members responsible for Headquarter closing/reporting, Sales Center closing, Fixed Assets/Warranty recall, Inventory Accounting.
Perform financial reporting and accounting for the legal entity Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation based on IFRS and local GAAP requirements.
Ensure transparency, an open communication; provide accounting governance & guidance and services to local and central business partners.
Drive andsupport implementation of new processes, strategic projects, and initiatives within Accounting and Finance.
Be a quality gatekeeper by driving compliance with accounting tandards (IFRS & Local GAAP) and financial reporting rules within Daimler Trucks Asia as well as the entities of the Daimler TruckDivision.
Education: Master or bachelor in business studies, or similar; CPA would be beneficial
-10 years of working experience in Accounting department, especially in consolidation accounting
