Intel's Foundry Automation (IFA) Infrastructure and Security (InfraSec) group is seeking a Sr. Software Engineering Manager, reporting to the GM of IFA Infrastructure and Security Group. As the Senior Software Engineering Manager for the Infrastructure and Security group, you will lead the teams responsible for the foundation of our global operations. You will oversee the development of highly scalable distributed systems, cloud-native infrastructure, and the robust security frameworks that protect our customers and data. This is a strategic leadership role requiring a blend of deep technical expertise in systems architecture and a proven track record of scaling high-performing engineering organizations.
In this role, you will engage with other Foundry leaders to represent InfraSec, negotiate terms, and align resources for current programs, as well as coordinate future initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with product teams to guide software engineering, analytics, infrastructure, and security efforts in alignment with program objectives.

Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline
5+ years of practical experience in factory automation or 10+ years of practical experience in developing Information Technology solutions.
10+ years of experience leading and setting priorities for multiple engineering teams (30+ people), including second-line management in a large organization.

Annual Salary Range for this job which could be performed in Ireland is: €130,100.00 - €203,200.00 The compensation range displayed in this posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for this position. Within this range, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience, and relevant education, training. As part of our total compensation approach, the final offer may include additional pay components and benefits. Your recruiting team will share the confirmed base salary along with any applicable total compensation elements upon employment offer delivery.
