As our Sr. Sales Manager, you will lead the charge in expanding our footprint across the Metals & Minerals sector (focusing on Metals, Cement, Pulp & Paper). Reporting directly to the Global VP of Sales, you’ll hunt for new business, command complex enterprise deals, and introduce game-changing automation to industries ripe for disruption.
Drive Growth: Hunt, secure, and close high-value, complex enterprise deals with large industrial corporations.
Strategize: Develop and execute high-impact territory and account plans to crush your pipeline goals.
Navigate Complex Sales: Align and influence multiple stakeholders—from plant managers to C-suite executives and procurement teams.
Own the Value Prop: Deeply understand customer challenges and translate them into undeniable ROI and commercial proposals.
Be the Face of ANYbotics: Champion our disruptive technology at top trade conferences, roadshows, and live demonstrations.
Proven Closer: A strong track record in direct B2B sales of disruptive, high-tech industrial solutions (ideally software-enabled hardware).
Enterprise Expert: Experienced in navigating long-cycle, high-value sales within large industrial corporates.
Location: Based in the Rust Belt area or neighboring states (ready to travel to clients).
Mindset: Highly proactive, resilient, and deeply curious about solving complex industrial challenges.
Data-Driven: Master of state-of-the-art CRMs with a knack for accurate pipeline forecasting.
Experience selling directly into the Metals, Minerals, Paper or heavy manufacturing industries.
A background in robotics, industrial automation, or industrial inspection/maintenance
