CoreWeave is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Sr. Manager, Supplier Materials Management to lead a high-impact team responsible for supplier materials readiness across our rapidly scaling global infrastructure. This role owns the end-to-end supplier materials strategy across critical OEM/ODM partners, ensuring capacity alignment, supply continuity, and execution readiness in support of aggressive data center expansion.
Operating at the intersection of Strategic Sourcing, Planning, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Infrastructure Deployment, this leader will shape long-range supply strategy, drive executive-level supply risk visibility, and build scalable processes that support CoreWeave’s hypergrowth environment. This role combines organizational leadership, supplier strategy, and operational rigor.
Lead, develop, and scale a team of Supplier Materials Managers responsible for supplier execution and materials readiness.
Establish clear performance objectives, development plans, and succession strategies.
Build organizational capability in capacity planning, shortage mitigation, allocation management, and supplier performance analytics.
Design and standardize tools, dashboards, KPIs, and operational rhythms across the team.
Drive a culture of accountability, urgency, and data-driven decision-making.
Own the 12–24 month supplier materials strategy aligned to platform roadmaps and global deployment forecasts.
Ensure supplier capacity, lead times, and inventory strategies support infrastructure build plans.
Lead supplier capacity validation and ramp readiness for new platform introductions (NPI).
Partner in make/buy, capacity reservation, and supplier investment discussions.
Develop contingency strategies including dual sourcing, buffer inventory, and alternate supply pathways.
Consolidate and communicate supply risk visibility to senior leadership.
Represent Supplier Materials Management in executive supply reviews.
Lead executive-level supplier escalations related to shortages, delivery risk, or execution gaps.
Drive cross-functional tradeoff decisions balancing cost, lead time, buffer strategy, and deployment schedules.
Own aggregate supplier performance metrics including OTD, lead time adherence, capacity attainment, shortage cycle time, and supply-related deployment misses.
Partner closely with Technical Strategic Sourcing to ensure operational execution aligns with negotiated commercial agreements.
Provide operational input into supplier selection decisions, assessing scalability, execution capability, and manufacturing maturity.
Contribute to total cost of ownership (TCO) modeling through inventory strategy, flexibility, and lead time optimization.
Support allocation strategy development during constrained supply environments.
Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Data Center Operations to align supply with demand signals and build schedules.
Oversee supply readiness for accelerated infrastructure deployments.
Drive implementation of scalable supply control tower mechanisms as volume increases.
Improve forecasting accuracy, materials visibility, and ERP planning maturity across the supply base.
8+ years of experience in supply chain, materials management, supplier operations, or manufacturing environments.
3+ years of people leadership experience managing supply chain or materials teams.
Experience supporting complex hardware systems, OEM/ODM environments, or hyperscale infrastructure preferred.
Strong expertise in supplier capacity management, MRP/ERP systems, and long-range supply planning.
Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and manage high-impact escalations.
Proven success operating in high-growth, high-ambiguity, fast-scaling environments.
Supplier capacity consistently aligned with deployment forecasts.
Reduced supply volatility and improved predictability across critical hardware platforms.
Clear executive-level visibility into supply risk and mitigation plans.
A high-performing, scalable Supplier Materials Management organization.
Strong integration between sourcing strategy, commercial agreements, and operational execution.
The base salary range for this role is NT$3,100,000 to NT$3,700,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
