The role leads initiatives to update methods and processes in response to changes in internal or external standards, continually improving organizational effectiveness. They also negotiate complex agreements, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance on risk management. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for influencing decision-making and fostering teamwork. Licensed attorney/lawyer, 12-18 Years of relevant legal experience, Proven expertise in corporate legal matters, Demonstrated leadership in risk and compliance, Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution skills, Strong analytical and presentation abilities.
