👋 About the Team
The AIE Team is responsible for validating and deploying AI models that meet business requirements, with a focus on VLMs and various other AI models. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in model development and advancement using real industrial data, while experiencing the full technical process from AI model development to commercialization in real-world services.
📌 What You’ll Do at This Position
In this role, you will work on practical projects that solve problems across various industrial domains using AI technologies. Beyond simply developing models, you will be involved in the entire process of turning AI models into solutions that can be applied in real business environments.
You will also gain a balanced experience between AI research and practical development through technical studies based on the latest papers and performance analysis activities. By collaborating with experienced developers, you will participate in building production-level AI systems.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI solutions for industrial vision problems using VLMs (Vision-Language Models)
- Build training datasets based on multimodal data and optimize models
- Design experiments, evaluate model performance, and analyze results
- Develop and improve Computer Vision models, including Detection, Segmentation, and Anomaly Detection
- Review the latest AI technologies and select/apply models suited to business requirements
- Portfolio submission is required
✅ Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on or research experience in AI, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or related fields
- Proficiency in developing deep learning models using Python and PyTorch
- Experience developing and validating VLM or Computer Vision models
- Ability to define problems based on data, design experiments, and analyze results
- Strong collaboration and technical communication skills
- No restrictions on overseas travel
✅ Pluses
- Experience with VLM fine-tuning, prompt design, and performance optimization
- Experience building AI model evaluation pipelines or designing benchmarks
- Experience developing commercial services or products using AI models

AI Engineers in the AIE Team participate in projects across multiple areas, including ITS and industrial safety, building expertise through hands-on experience. With a common technology stack shared across projects, the team can quickly apply its capabilities to new domains.
The AIE Team also values technical asset-building and knowledge sharing. We continue to document technical learnings and share codebases based on the outcomes and know-how gained from each project.
