What you’ll achieve

As a Software Support Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical support of factory test process and software that downloads software on client systems being built.

You will:

Provide technical support for software products deployed within ODM, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot and resolve software product-related issues, working closely with customers to understand, diagnose, and address complex technical challenges.
Guide customers on product functionality, best practices, and usage to maximize product value and adoption.
Act as the primary liaison between customers and engineering teams for issue escalation, investigation, and resolution.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering to ensure customer inquiries are directed and resolved through the appropriate channels.
Participate in product release validation by installing, testing, and evaluating new software releases and providing feedback to engineering teams. Develop, maintain, and enhance technical documentation and knowledge base articles to support internal teams and customers.

Essential Requirements:

At least 5 years relevant working experience in manufacturing software field with a Degree qualification.
Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, verbal and written.
Knowledge in programming language
