RLWRLD is building RLDX-1, a Physical AI foundation model for industrial dexterity, backed by leading global investors including SK Telecom, LG Electronics, CJ, Lotte, KDDI, ANA, and Mirae Asset. We're scaling our brand presence globally as we close our Series A round and expand into new markets.
Role Overview
We're looking for a Social Media Manager with sharp editorial instincts and a strong sense of narrative — someone who can build and execute a media strategy across platforms (X, LinkedIn) and bring our event moments (launches, demo nights, conferences) to life in real time.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow RLWRLD's presence on X and LinkedIn, crafting a consistent brand voice across both platforms
- Develop and execute a proactive social media/content strategy aligned with company milestones (funding announcements, product launches, partnerships, conference appearances)
- Create real-time content coverage for events (e.g., Dexterity Night, ICML Robotics Night, global launch tours) — photos, video clips, live posts, recap threads
- Collaborate with leadership (CEO, CSO) to translate technical/business updates into engaging public-facing content
- Monitor industry conversations (robotics, AI, Physical AI) and identify timely opportunities for RLWRLD to join the conversation
- Track engagement metrics and iterate on content strategy based on performance
- Coordinate with PR/comms on press releases and cross-channel messaging (Korean/English/Japanese markets)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, ideally at a tech/AI startup or in a fast-moving industry
- Proven track record of growing engagement on X and LinkedIn with strong copywriting and visual sense
- Experience covering live events with quick-turnaround content creation
- Native or near-native English required; Korean fluency strongly preferred
- Deep interest in AI/robotics/tech industry narratives; ability to make technical topics feel exciting and accessible
- Highly self-directed, comfortable working in a startup with limited resources and fast iteration cycles
