Ako bude vyzerať tvoja práca?

Ako Sales Account Executive budeš zodpovedný za predaj produktov spoločnosti Dell Technologies našim zákazníkom podľa ich potrieb, zastrešovať akvizíciu nových klientov a prehlbovať existujúce obchodné vzťahy. Naši obchodní manažéri aktívne spolupracujú s ďalšími členmi obchodného oddelenia. Súčasťou pozície sú aj pravidelné tréningy s koučmi, mentormi, e-learningy a iné možnosti vzdelávania. Tím je priateľský, nápomocný a pripravený poskytnúť novým kolegom maximálnu oporu, aby sa ti na pozícii darilo.

Tvojou úlohou bude

• Telefonický kontakt s malými a strednými podnikateľmi v Nemecku, so zameraním na získavanie zákazníkov.
• Zodpovednosť za dosahovanie krátkodobých a dlhodobých cieľov, najmä cieľov predaja a rastu, ako aj mesačných/štvrťročných KPI.
• Sledovanie potenciálnych zákazníkov s cieľom rozpoznať ich IT potenciál.
• Nepretržité investície do vlastného rozvoja prostredníctvom školení, technických a mäkkých zručností.
• Sledovanie nezávislých informácií o marketingových a merchandisingových aktivitách pre optimálne umiestnenie nášho portfólia.

Požiadavky

• Ukončené vysokoškolské vzdelanie II. stupňa: podnikový obchod a marketing
• 2+ rokov skúseností s komunikáciou so zákazníkmi alebo predajom
• Nemecký jazyk na úrovni C1, angličtina je výhodou
• zameranie na výsledky
• Silné komunikačné a prezentačné zručnosti a schopnosť riešiť problémy

Výhodou je

• Blízky vzťah k technológiám a IT odvetviu
• Schopnosť pracovať samostatne aj v rámci tímu

Platové ohodnotenie od:

Ponúkame férové a transparentné odmeňovanie. 

Tvoja celková mesačná odmena (TTC) začína od 1 980 EUR v hrubom a pozostáva z fixnej aj variabilnej zložky.

• Fixná zložka: 1 386 EUR (70 %)
• Variabilná zložka: 594 EUR (30 %)

Počas prvých 3 mesiacov máš variabilnú zložku garantovanú v plnej výške. Okrem toho sa môžeš tešiť aj na ďalšie bonusy a benefity, ktoré ti radi predstavíme počas výberového procesu.

What you’ll achieve

As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for supporting clients by providing Dell’s solutions while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts. The Sales Account Executive will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with other members of the sales team.

You will

• Active telephone consultation with small business customers with a focus on customer acquisition
• Responsibility for achieving short- and long-term targets, in particular sales and growth targets as well as monthly/quarterly KPIs
• Tracking sales leads with the aim of recognizing the IT potential of customers
• Continuous investment in your own development through technical and soft skills training
• Following independent information about marketing and merchandising activities for the optimal positioning of our portfolio

Essential Requirements

• Master's degree in Economics & Management , Study program: Corporate Sales and Marketing
• 2 + years experiences in sales or customer communication.
• German language on C1 level, English is nice to have.
• Results-driven.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Requirements

• Affinity for IT industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary starting from:

We offer fair and transparent compensation. Your total target monthly compensation (TTC) starts from EUR 1,980 gross and consists of both a fixed and a variable component.

• Fixed component: EUR 1,386 (70%)

• Variable component: EUR 594 (30%)

During the first 3 months, the variable component is guaranteed in full.

In addition, you can look forward to further bonuses and benefits, which we will be happy to present to you during the recruitment process.
