Shield AI is seeking an International Aechelon / Simulation Sales Specialist to help drive growth of the Aechelon simulation portfolio across international markets. This role will serve as a specialist seller within GTM, partnering with regional sales leaders and account teams to identify, shape, and advance simulation opportunities with customers and partners.
The International Aechelon / Simulation Sales Specialist will combine product and market knowledge with strong commercial execution. This person will help position the Aechelon portfolio, support customer engagement, and drive opportunity development across priority international regions. The role is designed for a mission-focused, customer-facing professional who can work across functions, support complex pursuits, and help translate simulation capabilities into customer value.
Simulation is a key growth lever for Shield AI and an important part of how customers train, rehearse, and prepare for mission success. As Shield AI integrates Aechelon and scales its simulation go-to-market efforts, this role will provide dedicated specialist sales support to regional teams and help accelerate growth in international markets.
This is an overlay-style role for someone who can combine solution selling, customer engagement, pursuit support, and strong internal collaboration. Success in this position requires ownership, responsiveness, commercial judgment, and the ability to operate effectively across teams, regions, and time zones.
This role can be based in Australia, Japan, Korea or Singapore.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative, commercially minded specialist seller who is comfortable operating in a matrixed and fast-moving environment. This person should be able to build credibility with customers, support regional sales teams, and help move complex opportunities forward with consistency and professionalism.
This role offers broad exposure across GTM, product, and international business and is a strong opportunity to help scale Shield AI’s simulation business globally while supporting customer missions and advancing a strategically important portfolio.
