LVMH에서 Senior Visual Merchandiser를 채용합니다. 매장 내 Visual Merchandising 표준을 유지하고 가이드라인을 실행하는 핵심 역할을 수행합니다. 6년 이상의 리테일 경력이 필수이며, 창의적인 디자인 역량과 한국어 및 영어 능통자가 필요합니다. 매장 방문 및 현장 지원을 위한 출장이 잦으며, 팀 협업 능력이 중요합니다.

This position is designed to support the team in maintaining a consistent and high-quality standard of visual merchandising across all boutiques in Korea, in accordance with centrally defined guidelines and reflecting the Brand identity.

Responsibilities

Implement VM guidelines regularly in line with global standards, including fashion seasons, events, and special occasions.
Monitor the VM condition of dedicated stores to meet global standards and conduct Window & Visual lightbox planning.
Support the team with boutique openings, renovations, and relocations.
Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and guidelines.
Provide training and support to in-store visual merchandisers on visual merchandising techniques and best practices to maintain high standards.
Prepare and develop VM guidelines as necessary.
Collaborate with the Retail, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to elevate brand desirability by supporting special events and pop-ups.
Arrange the order of VM props, checking delivery status, and monitoring inventory levels to support the team to meet the timeline

Profile

Minimum of 6 years' working experience in the retail industry. Analytical skills to conduct VM spending analysis. Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail environment. Strong creative and design skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in visual merchandising software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Korean and English. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to travel and work on-site at various store locations as needed.
