MILES ERP 시스템의 개발 및 유지보수 업무를 수행해요. 4~6년의 테크노 펑셔널 애널리스트 경력이 필수이며, 데이터베이스 쿼리 및 프로시저 활용 능력이 필요해요. 주간 및 오후 교대 근무가 가능해야 하며, 기능 지원과 변경 요청 처리를 병행해요. 고객 및 타 지역 팀과 협업하여 일관된 결과물을 도출하는 역할을 맡아요.
ResponsibilitiesERP Application Development & Maintenance (Core System i.e. MILES) – Bringing solutions for the business requirements by implementing / modifying the Configurations with no regressions.Responsibility to manage the Change Request by following end to end software development life cycle and collaborate with business users & other colleagues for the deploymentProfile required4 – 6 years of experience as a Techno Functional AnalystExperience in Database Queries and ProceduresHave experience in Application Support on the Functional issues.Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process Oriented.Configuration experience in ERP product Strong fundamentals in Leasing will be an added advantage.Experience on identifying and executing test strategies, test plan and functional test cases.Experience in preparing and conducting functional reviews and training sessions.Capability to works with customers and cross location teams to establish and maintain a consistent delivery.Ability to work closely in a team environment is highly recommended.Willing to work primarily in Functional Support and also in Change Requests.Willing to work in different shifts day shift, afternoon shift.Problem solver, thinker and analyserSolution challenger when relevant.Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to understand and end user directly.Have negotiation skills (tactful).Ability to raise factual alerts & risks when necessary.Organized and practical.Why join usWe are committed to creating a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
