The Enablement Specialist improves how our Sales team executes in the field. This role turns sales strategy, product updates, process changes, and systems into clear, practical training and resources that help reps run better deals, ramp faster, and sell more consistently.
Working closely with the Business Enablement Manager, this person will support scalable enablement programs across the sales organization. This role is hands-on and execution focused, with a strong emphasis on building training, delivering live sessions, supporting onboarding, organizing enablement content, and helping teams understand what they need to know, why it matters, and how to apply it in real customer conversations.
This person should be comfortable working with incomplete information, asking thoughtful questions, managing multiple moving pieces, and simplifying complex topics for a sales audience.
Partner with GTM leaders, product teams, product marketing, revenue operations, and the Business Enablement Manager to identify enablement needs and turn them into clear training plans, resources, and rollout support.
• Help prioritize enablement work based on business needs, sales readiness, product launches, process updates, onboarding needs, and field feedback.
• Take ambiguous or fast-moving inputs and create structure around what needs to be trained, who needs to know it, and how it should be delivered.
Create and deliver practical sales training, through live presentations, training sessions, workshops, onboarding content, learning paths & playbooks.
Translate complex product, process, or technical information into clear, sales friendly language that helps reps understand customer value and how to use the information in the field.
• Support short notice enablement needs, including preparing and delivering training when priorities shift or updates need to be communicated quickly.
Work closely with sales leaders, product teams, marketing, customer success, sales engineering, and revenue operations to keep enablement aligned with business priorities.
Ask strong questions, follow up consistently, and help move work forward even when ownership, timing, or inputs are not fully defined.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders on timelines, needs, progress, decisions, and next steps.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Track enablement effectiveness through feedback, participation, adoption, knowledge checks, and business impact where available.
Use sales feedback and performance insights to improve training, resources, onboarding, and future enablement programs.
2 to 5 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, training, sales operations, customer success enablement, or a related GTM role.
Strong ability to simplify complex information and turn it into clear training, messaging, and resources.
Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and short timelines.
Proactive working style with the ability to ask thoughtful questions, follow up, and move work forward without needing every step defined.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work across sales, marketing, product, customer success, sales engineering, and revenue operations.
Experience creating enablement materials such as playbooks, guides, LMS courses, onboarding content, presentations, job aids, or manager resources.
Comfortable learning technical products, sales tools, and business processes and translating them into practical guidance for GTM teams.
Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, LMS platforms, content management systems, or similar sales enablement tools is a plus.
