You will join the project to work alongside Product Managers, engineers and senior product designer to develop new features and improve existing ones, prioritizing the user experience above all else. This role offers various opportunities to take on challenges in delivering a brand-new banking experience to users.
Comprehensive UX/UI Design: End-to-end design for the PayPay Bank consumer app, mini-apps within the PayPay app, web services, LINE mini-apps, and PayPay Bank corporate apps/web services
UX Strategy & Concept: Design high-level UX strategies based on project goals, and create design concepts using frameworks such as user personas and customer journey maps
Holistic Decision-Making: Communicate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to make strategic decisions based on a holistic view of the overall UX across PayPay Bank
Research & Optimization: Conduct quantitative and qualitative user research, and propose improvements based on data from numerical analysis tools
Leadership & Quality Control: Mentor junior designers, oversee the team's deliverables for quality assurance, maintain the design system, and foster a productive working environment
