We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Senior PMO Specialist/PMO Lead to play a pivotal role in driving strategic execution and continuous improvement within our Global Ad Technology Supervisory Department.
This position is critical for leading and facilitating the planning, promotion, and ideation stages of common improvement initiatives, as well as complex, strategic projects undertaken in close collaboration with multiple internal organizations and the GATD. In this role, you will thrive amidst uncertain and evolving circumstances, where understanding the intricate perspectives of diverse, global stakeholders is paramount.
Your main responsibility will be to continuously identify challenges and issues faced by our cross-functional teams, strategically propose approaches to achieve ambitious goals, skillfully involve the necessary stakeholders across various time zones and cultures, and then lead and facilitate the initiatives steadily through to successful completion.
Specifically, as a PMO professional here, you will be empowered to:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Project Management, Program Management, or a PMO role within a technology-driven company.
Proven experience in establishing and maturing PMO processes, governance frameworks, and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects involving distributed global teams.
Strong understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) and when to apply them.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority across diverse cultures and seniority levels.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Microsoft Project).
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required due to the global nature of our teams.
