Job role:
Technical support and development for WLAN (WIFI solutions)
Technical referent for WLAN
Study and integration of WLAN projects and technical solutions
WiFi coverage studies
Incident handling, radio spectrum analysis, and configurations regarding WiFi infrastructures
Maintenance in Operational Condition (MOC) of WLAN infrastructures (CORP & GUEST)
Frontline support
Technical support for users (Incidents, requests, etc…)
Advise and deployment regarding WIFI solutions
Audits and benchmarking
RUN and maintenance of WiFI infrastructures
Follow-up of Wifi Service and proposal of new solutions based on future needs
Reporting and technical presentations towards the management.
