As a Senior Manager of Machine Learning Science, you will be an established people leader, guiding a talented team of 5-10 data scientists. Your mission will be to develop state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms that power and enhance the customer experience across highly complex travel searches, recommendations, and advertising. You will collaborate with senior management, product, and engineering partners to deliver a high-impact portfolio of work while fostering a high-performing, well-managed, and talented team.
You will tackle substantial technical challenges, from inference problems arising from sparse data to complex optimization problems impacted by a highly dynamic market.
