The Data Center Security organization at CoreWeave is responsible for protecting our global data center environments through scalable physical security programs, operational rigor, and strong cross-functional partnership. This team works closely with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and infrastructure stakeholders to ensure security operations are effective, sustainable, and aligned to the pace of CoreWeave’s growth. As the Sr. Data Center Security Business Operations Program Manager, you will own the financial, contractual, and procurement backbone of CoreWeave’s data center physical security program. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Data Center Risk and Assurance, this role manages OPEX and CAPEX budgets, standardizes vendor contracting and procurement, and builds the rhythm of business, standards, templates, training, and reporting that allow the security organization to scale the budget predictably and cost-effectively. Partnering closely with Finance, Procurement, Legal/Contracting, and the DC Security organizational teams, this Sr. Program Manager translates security requirements into sound financial planning and disciplined vendor management.

The base salary range for this role is $143,000 to $210,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
The range we’ve posted represents the typical compensation range for this role. To determine actual compensation, we review the market rate for each candidate which can include a variety of factors. These include qualifications, experience, interview performance, and location.

This position requires access to export controlled information.
