Responsible and ensuring the effective execution of procurement processes across multiple regions.
Procurement project specialists
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and implement procurement strategies for equipment and services.
Coordination of equipment delivery timelines in alignment with project schedules and cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Construction).
Ensure effective management of the procure-to-pay (P2P) process and act as escalation point for supplier issues.
Support supply chain improvements through strategic sourcing, process optimization, and supplier performance management.
Organizing, maintaining, and executing supplier contracts and change orders.
Track and report supply chain cost savings, comparing actual results against targets.
Monitor supplier performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance improvement initiatives to support the Strategic Supplier Management program
Contribute to initiatives aimed at streamlining the P2P process.
Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance procurement and supply chain efficiency.
Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of supply chain cost savings against targets.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
Supply Chain & Procurement and data center industry certifications / memberships are desirable.
Strong understanding of procurement processes and inventory management.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Experience in vendor management and supplier consolidation is a plus.
Skilled knowledge in procurement of technical products and services
Skilled in interpreting, working with and negotiation contracts.
Skilled knowledge in financial analysis and problem-solving
