What you’ll achieve:

As a Senior Analyst, you will lead complex workstreams, deliver designs and PoCs, and guide migrations and integrations. You’ll integrate data from multiple sources to size effort, track risks, and evaluate trade-offs. Your work will help teams deliver faster with higher quality.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Lead solution design, proof-of-concepts, pilot implementations, and delivery planning, including estimates and risk management
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to establish technical standards, patterns, and best practices
• Manage and administer the PowerFlex environment, ensuring operational stability and performance
• Perform monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and incident resolution to support day-to-day operations
• Develop documentation, enablement materials, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational readiness

Essential Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience in a professional role or equivalent experience
• Fluent in French (writing, reading, speaking)
• Strong technical depth in relevant platforms (PowerFlex, VMware, HCX)
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and expectations across teams.

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
