You will own the monthly and quarterly debt accounting close process, prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and debt issuance-cost tracking, and supporting the debt rollforward and footnote disclosures for external financial reporting. You will partner with the Debt Accounting Manager, Treasury, Technical Accounting, and external auditors to ensure debt balances and related disclosures are recorded accurately and in compliance with US GAAP and SOX requirements. In this role, you will need to be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing recurring close deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation and hands-on experience with debt or treasury-related accounting, and the ability to manage a structured monthly and quarterly close cycle with a high degree of accuracy. This position provides the opportunity to gain exposure to debt rollforward schedules, footnote disclosure drafting, SOX control documentation, and audit support in a high-growth environment.

The base salary range for this role is $98,000 to $130,000 The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

This position requires access to export controlled information.
