Job Summary:**

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our Pop Mart Hong Kong Limited team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, driving sales, and maintaining the visual appeal of our store.

Job Responsibilities:**

• Greet and engage with customers warmly, providing product information and recommendations on Pop Mart's extensive range of collectible art toys.
• Actively assist customers in making purchasing decisions, highlighting product features, benefits, and current promotions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns/exchanges.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked, priced correctly, and displayed according to merchandising guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, performing stock counts, and organizing storage areas.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
• Promote Pop Mart loyalty programs and special events to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with new product releases, promotions, and company policies.

Job Qualifications:**

• Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• A genuine passion for collectibles, art toys, or Pop Culture is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as per retail operational needs.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with POS systems.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• A proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
