Job Summary**

Pop Mart Hong Kong Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the Central Park location. This role is crucial in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers, driving sales, and contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our store.

Job Responsibilities**

Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service and product knowledge.
Actively assist customers in selecting products, offering recommendations, and answering questions about Pop Mart merchandise, including blind boxes, figures, and accessories.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring proper product placement.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints with professionalism and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to security, cash handling, and customer service.
Participate in store opening and closing procedures as required.
Stay up-to-date with new product releases, promotions, and company news.

Job Qualifications**

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus.
Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a collectible, toy, or lifestyle brand environment.
Demonstrated passion for Pop Mart products or similar collectible items is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
Strong customer service orientation and a proactive approach to helping shoppers.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Basic math skills and comfort with handling cash and credit card transactions.
Proficiency in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin language skills are a significant advantage.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-player mentality.
