Responsibilities

Assistance to sales activities
Assistance on product documentations preparation
Front office deal confirmations with clients
Reporting and deal database management
Prepare sales pitch books and presentations for client meetings

Profile required

Fluency in English and Mandarin
Able to work independently, proactively and cross functionally to identify issues and lead for problem solving
Detail oriented
Less than 1 year working experience
A quick learner who has a keen interest in the investment banking business
Strong working capacity, in particular when under pressure
Possess strong interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic team player

Licensing Requirement

Qualification Exam for Senior Securities Specialist
Financial Markets and Ethics"
