- 1. 部の紹介、概要／Department Introduction
・野村グループは、日本をベースとしたグローバル金融機関であり、インベストメント・バンキング、グローバル・マーケッツ、アセット・マネジメント、ウェルス・マネジメント等、多様な金融ビジネスを行っています。
・グループ・リスク・マネジメント統括部は、野村グループのリスク・マネジメントの企画部門として、主に以下の業務を担当しています。
(1)リスク・マネジメント体制高度化に向けた企画立案全般
(2)新商品承認プロセスの管理、個別ビジネス及び取引等を審議する委員会の運営
(3)ストレス・テスト、統合的リスク管理
(4)リスク・マネジメントに関連した金融規制・開示対応
(5)リスク関連のデータ管理
・Nomura Group is a global financial institution headquartered in Japan, conducting a diverse range of financial businesses including Investment Banking, Global Markets, Asset Management, and Wealth Management.
・Group Risk Management Head Office Department serves as a strategy, planning and governance function for Risk Management within the Nomura Group and is primarily responsible for the following:
(1)Planning and leading initiatives to further enhance risk management framework
(2)Management of the new product approval process and operation of committees that review individual businesses and transactions
(3)Stress testing and integrated risk management
(4)Regulatory and disclosure responses related to risk management
(5)Risk-related data management
2. 担当業務、責務／Responsibilities＜業務内容・ミッション／Role and Mission＞- チーフ・リスク・オフィサーをはじめとする部門のシニア・マネジメントを支援し、当社グループ全体のリスク管理体制の強化をグローバルに推進するポジションです。
- 所属部署（上記１(1)の業務を所管する課）において、主として経営会議・取締役会と同等のシニア・レベルのリスク管理関連会議の企画・運営を担っていただきます。
- 当社の掲げるパーパス・ミッションと中長期的な事業戦略を踏まえ、リスク・マネジメントをより高度かつ実効性の高いものとするため、経営陣による活発な議論を促進し、意思決定を支える各種施策の企画・推進を行います。
- This position supports senior management, including the Chief Risk Officer, and promotes the strengthening of the Group’s overall risk management framework on a global basis.
- The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for the planning and execution of executive-level risk management committees which consist of members from Executive Management Meetings and Board Meetings.
- Based on the firm’s purpose/mission and medium- to long-term business strategy, the successful candidate will plan and promote various initiatives designed to make risk management more sophisticated and effective, encourage active discussion among management, and support decision-making.
＜業務上の関係者／Stakeholders＞- リスク・マネジメント部門内の関連部署（マーケットリスク、クレジットリスク、オペレーショナルリスク等）にとどまらず、チーフ・リスク・オフィサー、リスク担当役員を始めとするシニア・マネジメント、リスク管理担当の取締役、各ビジネス部門ヘッド、コーポレート部門役員、ならびにニューヨーク、ロンドン、香港、シンガポール、ポワイ等の海外拠点と、日常的かつ密接なミュニケーションが発生します。そのため、多様なステークホルダーの意見を適切に調整・集約し、円滑に取りまとめていく能力が求められます。また、顧客、株主、規制当局等、外部のステークホルダーを常に意識しながら業務を遂行することも必要となります。
- In addition to internal functions within Risk Management (such as Market Risk, Credit Risk, and Operational Risk), this role involves daily and close communication with senior management including the Chief Risk Officer, the executives and outside directors responsible for Risk Management, heads of business divisions, executives from other corporate functions, and overseas offices such as New York, London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Powai, and others. As such, the role requires the ability to effectively coordinate and consolidate diverse stakeholders’ opinions and bring them together smoothly. In carrying out the role, it is also essential to remain mindful of external stakeholders, including clients, shareholders, and regulatory authorities.

＜キャリアパス・勤務地／Career Path / Location＞- 当初は上記業務をご担当頂くことを想定していますが、中長期的には、リスク管理に関連した様々なポジションを経験することが可能です。
- 勤務地は東京本社ですが、将来的にはニューヨーク、ロンドン、シンガポール等の海外拠点で勤務する機会を得られる可能性もあります。
- The initial assignment will be the responsibilities described above, but over the medium to long term, there will be opportunities to experience a variety of positions related to Risk Management.
- The base location is the Tokyo head office, but there may also be future opportunities to work at overseas offices such as New York, London, and Singapore.

- 3. 求める要件、応募資格／Requirements / Qualifications＜経験／Experience＞
- 金融機関、コンサルティングファーム、監査法人、官公庁等での業務経験
- 企画業務、管理業務、分析業務、またはプロジェクト推進の経験
- リスク管理、コンプライアンス、内部統制、経営企画等に関する経験があれば尚可
- 海外の経験あるいは外資系企業での勤務経験があれば尚可
- コンサルティングやプロジェクトマネジメントの経験があれば尚可
- 役員レベルとの頻繁なコミュニケーション経験があれば尚可
- 社会人経験5年以上
- Experience working in a financial institution, consulting firm, audit firm, or government agency
- Experience in planning, governance, analytical work, or project execution
- Experience in risk management, compliance, internal controls, or executive management is preferred
- Overseas experience or experience working in a global firm is preferred
- Experience in consulting or project management is preferred
- Experience communicating frequently with executives is preferred
- 5+ years of professional experience

- 金融や金融規制、リスク管理に関する基礎知識
- Ability to logically organize information and identify/analyze issues
- Ability to communicate smoothly with stakeholders and coordinate/drive initiatives forward
- Ability to take initiative and respond flexibly in a changing environment
- Ability to prepare concise documents and reports
- Native-level proficiency in one of Japanese or English, and business-level or higher proficiency in the other
- Basic office application skills such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Fundamental knowledge of finance, financial regulations, and risk management
