Opportunity Overview:

As a Part-Time Sales Lead, you'll play a key leadership role in creating exceptional customer experiences while supporting the daily operations of the store. As a trusted leader on the sales floor, you'll inspire your team, ensure operational excellence, and help bring the POP MART brand to life for every customer.

You'll serve as the Leader on Duty when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is unavailable, providing direction to the team, driving sales performance, and ensuring our stores consistently deliver the premium experience our collectors expect. From coaching associates and supporting visual merchandising to inventory management and new product launches, you'll help create an engaging environment where customers can discover the excitement of POP MART.

This position reports directly to the Store Manager.

What you will achieve:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by warmly greeting every customer and creating a welcoming, energetic store environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers by understanding their interests, introducing new collections, and making personalized product recommendations.
• Become a knowledgeable brand ambassador by confidently sharing information about POP MART's artists, characters, Blind Boxes, MEGA Collections, collaborations, and company story.
• Inspire excitement around new product launches, limited-edition releases, exclusive collectibles, and promotional campaigns.
• Accurately process purchases, returns, exchanges, and other transactions using the point-of-sale system.
• Support inventory management by receiving shipments, replenishing merchandise, organizing the stockroom, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Merchandise products according to POP MART visual standards to create an engaging and inspiring shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor, fitting rooms (if applicable), stockroom, and checkout area.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures as assigned.
• Support in-store events, product launches, collector experiences, and community engagement activities.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and loss prevention standards to protect company assets.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals while contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-energy team culture.
• Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other peak business periods.

What you will need:

• At least 1 year of customer-facing retail, entertainment, or service industry experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building genuine customer relationships. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage customers in conversation. 
• Enthusiasm for learning about POP MART's artists, collectibles, characters, and product collections. 
• nterest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, pop culture, or related communities is highly valued. 
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. 
• Positive attitude with a willingness to collaborate and support teammates. 
• Ability to work independently while contributing to overall store success. 
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods throughout scheduled shifts. 
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds. 
• Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system proficiency. 
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus. 
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout scheduled shifts.
• Must be able to frequently bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and climb ladders or step stools to stock and retrieve merchandise.
• Must be able to regularly lift, carry, push, or move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds.

Pay Range Details

The hourly pay rate for this position is $15.00 per hour. This range is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws and may vary based on geographic location. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications.
