Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.
In April 2026, MFTBC will integrate with Hino Motors under a newly established holding company, ARCHION, and begin operations as part of this new organization.
ARCHION is a new commercial vehicle group jointly supported by Toyota Motor Corporation and Daimler Truck, each holding a 25% stake, aiming to strengthen competitiveness across the Asia‑Pacific region and beyond through collaboration in development, procurement, and production.

'- The CAE/Data Analytics department focuses on two main areas: Simulation (CAE) and data analytics. CAE uses computer-based models to perform simulations to check the feasibility of designs and improve product maturity before real-world testing. Data analytics enable R&D teams to transform vehicle and test data into insights that accelerate innovation, improve quality, and reduce development time
- We are looking for an engineer to work on HV Simulation & Data Analytics, which has a large impact on entire vehicle development.
- Data Analytics engineers are tasked with developing and maintaining data analytcis application for different data bases so as to enable engineers to make insights from vehicle data independently.
'- CAE/Data Analytics Department consists of three different teams: 1) Vehicle Structure Analysis, 2) Aerodynamics, Energy Management & Powertrain Functionality, 3) HV, Simulation Methods & Data Analytics. There are 27 members in total, which fosters a vibrant and collaborative environment.
- HV, Simulation Methods & Data Analytics consists of 1 Manager and 3 Staff members.
'1. Data Analytics
Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end data pipelines for vehicle testing and telematics data.
Develop and operate R&D data analytics applications in collaboration with IT teams.
Analyze large automotive datasets to generate actionable insights for performance, quality, and validation.
Define KPIs and analytics requirements with cross‑functional R&D stakeholders.
2. R&D Analytics Circle
Drive and coordinate the R&D Analytics Circle as a structured forum to promote collaboration and alignment across R&D teams.
Share information, application updates, use cases, and best practices related to the R&D Analytics application across R&D.
Promote effective adoption of the R&D Analytics application and enable data‑driven decision‑making within R&D teams.
3. HV System Simulation
Develop simulation methodologies and conduct analyses to support HV system development and integration for electric vehicles.
'- Bachelor/Master degree of Engineering is required.(Mechanical engineering course is preferable)
- Minimum 2 years hands on experience as data analyst or similar role.
-Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure Platform and solid understading of SQL/ Python..
- Experice with Matlab simulink and knowledge of electric vehicles.
- Possess excellent communication skills, teamwork skills, and a desire to grow.
