Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.

In April 2026, MFTBC will integrate with Hino Motors under a newly established holding company, ARCHION, and begin operations as part of this new organization.

ARCHION is a new commercial vehicle group jointly supported by Toyota Motor Corporation and Daimler Truck, each holding a 25% stake, aiming to strengthen competitiveness across the Asia‑Pacific region and beyond through collaboration in development, procurement, and production.

• 開発部門の主にBoM(Bill of Material), DMU(Digital Mock Up)の運用管理、効率化、将来のプロセス/ツール導入計画の策定 ･社員４名が日本(主に50代)、６名がインド（主に30代）、外部社員3名のグループ

• Management, Improvement, Planning new process/Tool mainly for BoM(Bill of Material), DMU(Digital Mock Up) in Product Engineering ･Documentation group consists of 4 members in Japan(Mainly fifties), 6 members in Idia (Mainly thirties) plus 3 externals.

仕事内容／Job Description

新しいエンジニアリングドキュメンテーションプロセス(BoM/DMU)、ITツール（PDM/PLM)の計画と推進 ・エンジニアと一緒に、将来のエンジニアリングドキュメンテーションプロセスの全体像を描く ・新しいPDM/PLMシステムの開発 ・利害関係者と要求事項について調整 ・社内及び外部ITベンダーとの打ち合わせ調整 Plan and drive new Engineering documentation process(BoM/DMU), IT tool (PDM/PLM) implementation.

･Development of new PDM/PLM system

･Coordination and alignment of the requirements with the Stakeholders.

･Organizing the meeting with internal member, IT vendor

■ 業務経験・知識

 ･製造業における製品の仕様管理、BoM、DMUに関する業務経験

･Teamcenterを含むITツールの基礎知識

■ 語学

日本語：会話レベル

･Business experience on Product configuration management, BoM, DMU in Manufacturing ･Basic knowledge of IT tools incl. Teamcenter

■ Language Level

賞与：年2回支給
