Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.
In April 2026, MFTBC will integrate with Hino Motors under a newly established holding company, ARCHION, and begin operations as part of this new organization.
ARCHION is a new commercial vehicle group jointly supported by Toyota Motor Corporation and Daimler Truck, each holding a 25% stake, aiming to strengthen competitiveness across the Asia‑Pacific region and beyond through collaboration in development, procurement, and production.
Building on Japan’s engineering excellence and our extensive global experience, MFTBC will continue to accelerate innovation in commercial vehicle development, advance carbon‑neutral initiatives, and drive CASE technologies including electrification and automated driving.

Transformation Office is a strategic function responsible for driving transformation initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, operational efficiency, and long-term business performance. The department acts as a catalyst for change, working closely with senior leadership and business functions to translate ideas & vision into actionable transformation programs.
The Transformation Office ensures that the organization remains agile, competitive, and future-ready by leading initiatives across organizational design, business process optimization, operating model transformation, digital enablement, and change management.
Transformation Office leads and coordinates key programs across Mobility transformation for future Mobility and transformation initiatives across the organization. As a cross-functional organization of 40+ professionals, the Transformation Office works closely with stakeholders across all major business functions, including Sales, After Sales, Product Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, IT, etc. Team members are expected to collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, from operational teams to executive leadership, to identify improvement opportunities, drive change initiatives, establish governance mechanisms, and ensure successful implementation of transformation programs and process excellence that deliver measurable business value. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across the organization, influence key business decisions, and contribute to shaping the future of MFTBC through high-impact transformation initiatives.
-Lead process improvement initiatives across business functions, including Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Development, and Corporate Functions.
-Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, cost, and customer experience.
-Facilitate process mapping workshops and develop future-state process designs.
-Apply Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies to eliminate waste and streamline operations.
-Support implementation of standardized processes, governance structures, and performance management frameworks.
-Serve as an internal transformation consultant to business leaders and functional teams.
-Conduct root cause analysis and develop data-driven recommendations to address operational challenges.
-Benchmark industry best practices and identify opportunities for business improvement.
-Develop business cases and quantify benefits of transformation initiatives.
-Manage cross-functional improvement projects from assessment through implementation.
-Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and success metrics.
-Coordinate stakeholders across departments to ensure effective execution and adoption.
-Track and report realization of business benefits and operational improvements.
-Establish KPIs and performance monitoring mechanisms for key business processes.
-Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for further optimization.
-Support the development of continuous improvement capabilities across the organization.
-Promote a culture of problem-solving, accountability, and operational excellence.
Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and leadership discussions.
Prepare management reports, executive presentations, and decision-making materials.
Present recommendations and progress updates to senior leadership.
Build strong relationships across functions to drive alignment and change adoption.
Over 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in sales transformation, business development, or strategic planning.
Strong financial acumen and experience in building business cases and investment planning.
Demonstrated ability in business planning, scenario development, and risk mitigation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead complex projects with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
English: Business or Conversational Level
Japanese: Buginner Level
