This position is responsible for leading cross-functional efforts across research and development, design, manufacturing, quality assurance, marketing, and other relevant functions from an overall optimization perspective in medical device development.
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire product development project?from the planning phase through market launch and post-launch improvement activities?and take accountability for the successful execution of the project.

└製品開発以外のプロジェクト経験でも問題ございません。
└プロジェクトマネジメント経験を重視するため製品分野は問いません。
② プロジェクトマネジメントツールの使用経験（MS Project など）
③ビジネスレベルの英語力
④ 経営層へのレポートが可能なレベルの高いコミュニケーション能力
└英語力だけではなく、ロジカルシンキングやエレベータートークスキルといった総合的なコミュニケーション能力が求められます。

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
As we are seeking candidates with a high level of expertise in project management, individuals whose experience is limited to development leader or project leader level roles are outside the target profile for this position.
Candidates must meet all of the following four requirements (1) through (4):
(1) Advanced skills and expertise in project management
└Experience in projects outside of product development is also acceptable.
└ As project management capability is the primary focus, the specific product domain is not a deciding factor.
(2) Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project)
(3) Business-level English proficiency
(4) Strong communication skills at a level that enables effective reporting to senior management
└This role requires not only English proficiency, but also well-rounded communication capabilities such as logical thinking and concise executive communication (including elevator-talk skills).
