Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Infrastructure Process Manager to facilitate effective delivery and strengthen the relationship between the infrastructure team and the Information and Risks Department.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing project progress, and monitoring budget consumption related to security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the collection and organization of evidence necessary for regulatory certifications.
Collecting evidence to obtain CSP Swift certifications (including the new public cloud setup), achieving ISAE 34002 standard, and conducting CHAPS audits.
Ensure that all processes and documentation meet compliance standards and are readily available for audits.
Track and report on project progress, identifying any potential risks or delays.
Monitor and report on budget consumption for security-related projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including project teams, partner and internal security teams, and external auditors.
Facilitate regular meetings to discuss project updates, challenges, and solutions.

Profile required

Proven ability to manage and monitor infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Regulatory Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory standards and certification processes, including ISAE 34002 and CSP Swift certifications.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to facilitate effective collaboration between the Infrastructure team and the Information and Risks Department.
Analytical and Reporting Skills: Proficiency in tracking project progress, identifying risks, and providing detailed reports on project status and budget consumption.
Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating regular updates and discussions on project challenges and solutions.
